This Video is a 2 minute walk around of a near completed LabelOn™ Modular Labeler, which is being manufactured to a contractor configuration. This label applicator will label both sides of Oval Bottles , both sides of a Flat Bottles and up to 85% Wrap Around of round bottles.
The Spacer Aligning Chains -- Module will present Oval Sided Bottles in a consistent Alignment (something not possible using only guide rails with Oval Sided Bottles).
The Overhead Conveyor on the LabelOn™ Modular machine plays the vital role of presenting the aligned bottle/product to the Label Head stations of the applicator.
