000 LabelOn Modular Assembled prior to shipment

Prior to shipping the following items are removed and packed beside the machine in its shipping crate in the following order:
01-Label Feed Disks and their small mounting plates are removed
see: Refitting the Label Head Spool Assembly
02 -The cover to the three connectors of the Swivel Controls located under the vertical post to the swivel controls is removed (4 screws)
see: 006 Remove Cables Cover to Swivel Control Connectors
03 - The three connectors of the swivel controls are unplugged and pushed up into the vertical post one at a time
see: 007 Swivel Control Connectors under the cover
04 -The Overhead Controls Swivil Limit Collar is loosened
see: Swivel Controls - Rotational Limit Collar
05 -The Overhead Swivel Controls are removed by sliding the vertical post up out of its bottom support boot and up and through the overhead conveyor assembly bracket
This will take at least 2 people
06 - The light tower is removed from the overhead swivel controls

07 - The Overhead Conveyor is unplugged and removed from the overhead wind up assembly

08 - The overhead wind up assembly is removed

09 - Wind up handles to the largest Hand weels are removed
