Clear Label Gap Sensor Required for Clear Labels

This video demonstrated the capabilities of the Lion LRD 6300C clear label gap sensor.
The entire LabelOn™ range of labelers is configured to be able to swap out the standard labels gap sensor to this clear labels gap sensor.

This clear labels gap sensor can be used for the full range of normal/opaque labels.

Note that a more involved set up for this sensor may be required if using labels that are Metallic or have a High Black Ink Concentration. In these cases it is recommended you have both the standard and clear label gap sensor supplied for ease of product change overs.

If you are labeling round products with clear labels it is highly recommended you consider the BCD range of LabelOn™ labelers that can apply firmer and controllable pressure to the bottles as the clear labels are being applied. This helps reduce the appearance of trapped air or bubbles when compared to standard wrap belt application.
