MeRo CS1000 Motorised Height Adjustment
The MeRo CS1000 Aircooled unit is a reliable workhorse with standard features that many quote as confusingly priced options. It is what we call the deluxe budget machine. Line Patrolman™ : Small Bottle Adaptor for Seal Master™ using Irrigation Riser
The Line Patrolman™ is one of the world's most effective process validation tools for induction Sealing. It is placed along the same path and height as the induction seal foil as it passes through the induction seal process. A measure that represents the exposure to an induction sealing field over time is recorded. The Seal Master™ comprises a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is placed into the opening of the bottle. In some cases the opening of the bottle is too small for the Transmitter. This video provides a guide to how an adapter can be made to carry the transmitter through the same induction sealing path and height as the induction seal foil of a filled and capped bottle.

LK400 Large Diameter Angled Sealing Head
The video below shows a SealerOn LK400 unit sealing a wide cap by having its sealing head placed at an angle to the path of the jar. The angle needs to be symmetrical about the travel line of the product to be sealed.
3 Lanes Piston Filler of Creamed Honey
The machine feeds empty tubs into three heat sealing lanes on the machine. The machine then communicates with the filler to let it know when it can fill. There is clever sensors to check that their are tubs loaded properly. A three head piston filler fills the tubs. Then the sealing takes place with the chosen film.
