Offset Easy Tab liner

The Drinking Glass, made of PET has a press fit Over-cap made of HDPE.
This Press Fit cap has a tight fit with a lip that locates into a groove on the PET Glass.
To Avoid the removal of the Press Fit Cap from also lifting the induction seal off in the process, the diameter of the induction seal must not exceed the outer diameter of the sealing rim on the PET Glass.
This means the induction Seal has to have another feature to allow the user to grab the seal and peel it.

The Easy Tab feature of material we can supply usually has the easy lift tab centered.
The contents for this glass are expected to be similar in viscosity to water.
Any difficulty in removing the seal could result in a bad user experience - spillage.
Induction Seals peel easiest when pulled off at one edge of the container.
By providing an Offset Easy Tab, the maximum possible force the user can use to peel the liner off is reduced.
