Using one of the clear samples glasses the test rig was set to a low setting of 10% power and 0.5 seconds sealing time.
Oversize was used to insure we had full coverage of the lip of the wine glass while applying minimal seal settings to see if the sealing layer can make an effective seal with low settings. This was done in an attempt to get sealing without any visible vapors coming off the seal.
The video shows there was minimal if any vapors of the seal.
Subsequent water tests confirms a good seal was achieved (Watertight).
Note an oversized liner should not be used on the final product as the clip on lid could catch any overhanging seal and peel the seal off as the clip on lid is removed. While practically not being a problem , to the consumer it could appear as if the product had not been sealed properly.
